Modular Housing
The project involves designing homes with a compartmentalization system adaptable to the needs of different users, aiming to keep the system as simple as possible. Maximum flexibility is achieved through the use of programmatic bands, one of which is completely open, ensuring ventilation and lighting for the rooms organized on the sides. The lateral bands have a single subdivision that includes the kitchen and bathroom installations, whose position can be freely decided and modified by the user thanks to the installation of a technical floor. The position of these installations determines the length of the rooms, so the user has complete control over the size and position of the spaces they need.
